Below-The-Hook Lifting Devices
Below-the-hook refers to engineered products and mechanical lifting devices that attach to a crane or other lifting apparatus, and grab and secure a load so that it can be moved safely from one location to another. Spreader beams, lifting beams, coil hooks, lifting tongs, die turners, and die horses are all examples of below-the-hook products.
